I think it's time to have a talk with your parents, and for the two of you to have separate rooms. If they refuse, they are going to have to know about your sister's sexual behavior. These are problems your parents are there to cope with, not YOU.

yes you can do it before your period, but as i said in another posting to you, there is no rush for you to be doing these things.
