Answers:
How old are you? Younger girls are known to have irregular periods. It takes a while before your body settles into its cycle.
Are you exercising excessively? You do a lot of sit-ups. Is your cardio too frequent/intense? That can delay it.
Are you not eating enough? Eating less than 1200 calories a day can cause your menstrual cycle to be out of whack.
Talk to a doctor, or your mom, if you can -- Good luck.
that might be it i guess, but i'm 13 and i did nothing once and it came off 3 weeks later, it might just stress.
any abnormal exersize..or mal nutrition can cause that. if you just started working out.. that might be the reason.

changes in weight stress and many factors can make your period late or come sooner, as you are not pregnant, you shouldn´t worry it will come in time, when it has too. Maybe the routine of exrcise you make is change enough to make your period change days, that happens to me I´m a very irregular person.
Good luck! and don´t worry relax ;D
Yes call the doctor. Have you lost a lot of weight or in particular body fat? You have to have a certain percentage of body fat to menstruate You could have a cyst that is causing a hormonal imbalance, are you on birth control? It could be a lot of things and the only way to find out is to see the doctor.
I wish I could do 400 sit ups every night.
Yes see your OB.
One cause of the loss of one's period is excessively low body fat.
