You being 90 pounds is not that big of a deal. You are still at a healthy weight, and any doctor would tell you so. Besides that, your body has barley begun puberty, your body has not even begun to take it's final shape. I'm 17 and I'm 5 feet 2 inches tall, and i only weigh 98 pounds. And yet, I'm still at a healthy weight. Your body will eventually start to fill out into an adults body. Don't worry, you'll catch up. A BMI is a ratio. It is a ratio of weight in relation to height that is used to asses a healthy body weight. If you are 14, you should have a BMI of 15.8-23.3, which also states, that you are clearly a healthy size for your weight and age.
Eat a bit more.
dont eat oil items. just do one thing. in an hot water add one spoon of honey. drink and sleep in night. thats will reduse your weight.

it's okay...my friend is the same height and weighed even less when she was 14. she's 19 now and weighs only 105...she's just small framed.
*also, when looking at the chart, you have to consider the frame of the body: small, medium, large. you sound like ur small framed, which would be normal, but if your really concerned, talk to your doctor! :)
you are a bit under weight but dont worry to much its not a lot. maybe if u eat a bit more it will help also ask a doctor hope this helps
I know 16 year old girls who are 95 lbs. & 17 year old guys who are 110 lbs. They are long-distance runners and they eat a lot. Actually, no you're not. They have increased the average weight because so many people are overweight and or obese. You wouldn't be asking this question if you had any sort of eating problems and I can tell you right now I weighed almost the exact same amount at that age and I'm almost 3 inches taller and I didn't have a problem eating either. Don't worry about the general public because remember; over 60% of America is overweight. Revel in the fact that you skinny and enjoy it!
You shouldn't worry because you are only 14 and are most likely on the slender side. Over the next 10 years you will probably pick up another 10 pounds naturally.
well 5 feet is a little on the short side, i mean you must look skinny, but if you can like see bones, id eat a little more, not eat junk all the time, just make sure you eat at least 2,500 calories a day
if your healthy it shouldnt be a big deal, just make sure you dont lose anymore weight

I know a lot of girls who are like that, and all of them are perfectly healthy as far as I know. Those standards, in my opinion, are largely generalized, and don't reflect completely individualized results. Everyone's body is different, so I dont believe these indexes are all that useful and can even be misleading. If you eat healthy, don't feel ill all the time, and get some exercise, you should be completely fine.

Well, sweetie it just sounds like your an active child. It's nothing wrong with being 10 pounds under weight. As long as you growing wright and eating HEALTHY then your fine.
All kids are different. Don't compare yourself to other kids because EVERY KID IS DIFFERENT. And that's a good thing. So just be yourself, be happy with yourself and be healthy.
You are certainly not underweight. A BMI of 17.8 is healthy. Did you do the BMI calculator for adults or teens? Because that can really make a difference in the results.
Im 16, 5'2", & and 96 Ibs. If my doctor tells me I'm a healthy weight, so are you.
Best advice: Eat what you want, when you want it. Don't ever feel as though you have to eat to stay within a certain range. I did that and I was completely unhappy about how I felt. Some of us are just small, embrace it.

I'm 5"7 and I weight about 120, my friend is 4"9 and she only weighs about 86lbs, and shes perfectly healthy. I think you're fine.

it depends on ur height too but, it still sounds like ur underweight. u should eat more and i would go and talk to ur doctor.

Same problem here, well sorta, 13 yr old girl, 5ft 4, i weigh 7 stone, which is a little over you. Way i get round it is: theres no normal weight, so long as u eat properly and look after ure body, then its fine, we're all the same under our skins!
I am 13 and weigh 93lbs and am 5ft 4in I am very thin but not grosely under weight but my friends and I do joke around that I am anorexic (which I am not its just something we like to say/do!)
