Try and relax, you are probably so worried you are delaying your period. If you know you have always been safe, then chances are you won't be pregnant. If I was you I would go to your local Family planning clinic. You don't have to be registered as they do drop in sessions and they will do you a free pregnancy test with an immidiate answer and give you free condoms too! They won't inform your parents either.

Stress, weight loss, change in diet or exercise. Most likely it is because of stress. Sometimes periods just skip a month for no apparent reason. if you don't get it next month, then you have reason to go to a doctor.
