You need to se a doctor. The chances of it being bipolar disorder are slim, given the description of how quickly your mood changes. But, only a doc call tell you for sure. You probably juse have mood swings. Depending on your age, they can be very common.
First of all, are you pregnant. Because being pregnant can be a very moody experience. I see everyone is quick to label you bi-polar. I don't want to do that but if you need help please by all means seek help. Personally, I can understand what you trying to say. I have on occasion experience these same mood swings you are going through, I know mines has alot to do with my age and also I had a crappy childhood. One thing I want you to remember it's know shame if you need to talk someone professionally. People spend too much time looking for happiness with other people. To be honest all you have to do is find a way to be happy with yourself. I want you to stop beating up on yourself you haven't done anything wrong. MUCH LOVE!!!!!!!
