Answers:
Yes I definitely do. I find myself craving some of the weirdest things, and all at one time. I also find that I want to eat more in general.
You say you eat a lot of chocolate, well to fight the temptation you should either:
1.) Do something to keep your mind off of it - workout, go outside, hang out with your friends
2.) Give yourself a small taste of what your craving - don't pig out, but don't deprive yourself either. Eat just a small amount to satisfy your craving and you'll be good.

Sure do. It's hormones. Try to find a healthier form of what you're craving. I am usually okay with one chocoalte thing during my monthly.
i love to eat dark chocolate. i try not to have chocolate in the house around pms time, and i eat blackberries and strawberries with a little sugar instead.

yes, it is normal to get cravings about a week or so before your menstrual. many of us women crave chocolate and it is due to our hormones. don't fight your temptation off just treat yourself to a bite. it is proven by experts that dark chocolate is actually real good for people. just don't over do it a bite is good enough, from a snickers bar that is my suggestions and what i do most of the time.
yep i get huge cravings, i'm really bad, anythin sugary n fattning enters my mouth, u just have to be strong n not enter the kitchen as eaten all that stuff actually, (well for me anyway) makes me feel worse as i just dnt have any energy after eatin all that crap its like all the sugar actually saps my energy, bt its quite normal tho so dw
I get cravings like hell when my period is coming up. So far it's really hard to fight back those cravings, i crave things like chocolate ice cream and chocolate bars. Instead of eating a chocolate go for your favourite fruit as a replacement, or try a granola bar or something, replace your craving with something healthy that you like to eat or drink...
Yes it have the same craving i just don't fight it eat the chocolate it make you feel a lot better.
Oh yes...but i have more cravings when i have my period...I crave ice cream and yogurt and cheese...the calcium...and fight it?.lol...i just give in...(which is not always good...but i do)
