two weeks isnt that long its probably your period.
Pregnancy sounds the most obvious but you've ruled that one out - you can also have a period and be pregnant though.
Perhaps growing pains or a pre-menstrual symptom.

Probably something to do with your period. I would have said pregnancy, but you know that's not it... You could just have some kind of hormonal imbalance or something that's affecting the way you feel. I dunno, it's a thought!
