My last school pyshical (like 3 days ago)
1. Pee in a cup
2. Check vision, weight, and height
3. Check ears, and throat
4. Prick finger for blood sample
5. Listen to heartbeat
6. Lay down on back while doctor feels stomach
7. Bend over to the floor while they feel your back

Urine test, BP, HR, you wont get the cough test like guys would. Eyes, ears. And rarely but maybe some physical activity.

they dont do anything embarrassing, you keep your clothes on. so dont worry. trust me its not like going to the gyno.
It should be very basic. If you feel uncomfotable, then go to your normal doctor.
No, not for mine. They just ask a few simple questions, check your ears and mouth, and do some reflex checks. Don't worry. It's sooo simple.
No it shouldn't, most times that's a gynocological thing. A school physical will usually go something like this:
1.) Blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, height, weight
2.) The doctor will ask questions like do you drink, do you smoke, are you sexually active, when was your last period, history of family violence, do your parents drink, do your parents smoke
3.) Then they'll check things like your eyes, ears, throat, nose, they'll do a hands on abdominal exam, listen to your heart and lungs, have you bend over and touch your toes, walk in a straight line while standing up straight
4.) They may have you stand up, arms out to the side or in front of you, and with your eyes closed alternate touching your pointer fingers to the tip of your nose
5.) Then they'll order any blood work, urine tests, x-rays... anything you need, ask if you have any further questions or complaints, and send a nurse into give you any vaccinations if you aren't already up to day.
