Age of first breast examination?

Question:
I am 15 and AA.yea.lol, but no worries...anyways i remember a few weeks ago (when i was attending an art camp) an aquantance of mine (she goes to my school) was discussing the story of her breast examination.(the irony is that the nurse or watever was actually her friend's mom)...and i have never had one.in fact we are both in the same grade, and im probably older than her by a few months (which doesnt matter much though.) anways (i am flat chested, she is jsut small, not almost flat like me).i was wondering when do woman get their first chest examination?? is it at a certain chest size or age or what?.im just curious to know.

Answers:
Well usually not until you get on birth control or have a pap test unless you are having problems. You can examine them yourself until then if you are worried.
well actually it doesnt really matter but you should start going scinse you are 15!!
You should always self exam yourself, but your first one from your Dr. should be at your first pap. They do a pap smear and breast exam then. Once your period starts, you should have an exam yearly to make sure all is right. Good Luck!
Any size breast can get breast cancer and you can get it at any age, although the younger you are the rarer it is. Usually you get a breast exam when you have your annual exam(pap, pelvic exam) They recommend you start having these when you are 18 or sexually active, whichever comes first. However you can give yourself breast exams, and infact it is important to get to know the feel of your breast(no matter how small) so you would know if something felt unusual.
Here is a site that will tell you how to give your self a breast exam. http://health.yahoo.com/ency/healthwise/...
