It's completely normal. As long as it doesn't smell bad or isn't yellow or bloody, it's fine. Any breast stimulation can cause a little bit of fluid to be produced/excreted by the mammary glands even if they haven't been triggered into full functioning by pregnancy.
Its normal and when she stops squeezing it, it will eventually stop secretions, but she has to completely stop it for four months straight.

Well it could be a breast infection - but to my knowledge the discharge with those is usually bloody or yellow/green.
It's also not uncommon for a woman to experience a small amount of milk leaking when they squeeze their nipples. If she is concerned she should talk to her gynocologist and have a breast exam done. Hope this helps... wish i could be more helpful, but over the internet it's impossible. :-)

as long as it isnt sticky yellowish or bloody ur completly fine.
For one thing tell her to stop squeezing her nipple. Doing that even though she isn't pregnant makes your body think it has a baby sucking on the nipple and stimulates the mammary glads.
Any time you have change in the nipples or discharge, make an appointment with your Gynecologist. Just to play it safe then sorry.

It's most likely OK, but it can be a sign of breast cancer. Please go to the doctor just to make sure.
Normally for white substance, its not so worrying compare to blood or yellowish fluid. I would suggest your friend to go for a breast ultrasound scan. From there, they can see if the ducts are dilated and what causes the discharge. Check if she has fever as well, as it could an abscess.
She needs to stop squeezing... It is normal. But the more she does it the more it will happen.
