Well if you haven't started your period it could be that you soon will. If you have, well they are growing and hormones are at work. You will come to know over the years just how much hormones control your daily living!
I wouldnt be too concerned about it but talk to your doctor if it's really bothersome, maybe Tylenol will help if it keeps you up at night. Don't take it too often however!

hi, i'm 13 too and studying to become a doctor. Your problem isn't really a problem. When girls begin puberty, that's regular. "They" will feel like for a while. If this doesn't go away by the time your no longer an adolescent, then go see your check up doctor.

That happend to me when i was going through puberty. Which wasnt that long ago. To make it easy, your boobs are growing. I didnt take medicine or anything. It went away quickly. So its ok.
