Naturally lift breasts?


Question:
how tooo? i have really saggy boobs
and if you say work the pectoral muscles or anything i dont have dumbells and i cant do a push-up for my life lol, so anything easier?


P.S- DONT SAY BUY A SUPPORTIVE BRA/ UNDERWIRE/ PUSH-UP
i have them all and wear them all. still saggy.

I think you will have to learn to live with it.
Stand an arms length away from a kitchen counter that is about the height of your waiste or a little taller, then lean over and put your hands on the edge of the counter, then just do pushups from there, they are not physically challenging and they work the muscles under your breast, do three sets of ten, three times a day.
It's easy! Just do any exercise (ie push-ups) that will work the pectorals, which are the muscles under your breasts. I am a 40D, have had four children (breastfed two), and I'm still pretty damned perky for a woman with as large a chest as I have. Good luck!
