There isn't really a set time sweetie. It all depends on how heavy your flow is. Just change when you feel you need to. Maybe when you need a "fresher" feeling. When I first started, I went through an entire pack of pads in one cycle. I was changing every time I went to the bathroom! But now, I know that there are times I change every 1-2 hours. But, then sometimes I can go several hours. You will figure out what you are comfortable with as you go. It will just take some time to get used to it. Hang in there!
every 4-6 hours. i do it every 4 hours to make sure my pad doesn't leak.
just until you think it needs to be changed don't like change it after every drop cuz then your going to be going though pads fast i change mines every 3-6 hours just depends
I usually change them every few hours. If you are bleeding more heavily then it might be more often. If I know I am going on long trips I would get heavier pads. You might want to try tampons too, they work really well.
Change them as they begin to seem full. Unlike tampons, there's no "limit" on how long you should leave them there. Hope this helps. :-)
