Cramps, no period, not pregnant, no nausea...?

You could just be really over stressed &/or nervous causing the cramps... and it could easily be the fact that you're in a new environment with new foods that aren't reacting well to your body. When I was in my first year of college, the food made me really sick on campus because it wasn't as fresh as I was used to... have you tried taking pepto bismol or mylanta? The chewable pepto you can take I think 2 every 1/2hr... also are you eating healthy?? You might not realize that the foods your used to eating could be making you sick if you're in a different climate or under stress. Drink lots of water, go stretch/do yoga and then go to the doctor. Your campus doctor should be relatively affordable for your insurance, I had a friend who frequented our campus health center and it was pretty cheap... also go to Planned Parenthood even if you are 100% sure its not sexually related... they are free and it might be something in your ovaries that they can detect.
Maybe you have a cyst? I would call your OB/GYN if you are very concerned, as most health problems cant be diagnosed properly without being seen.
YouQA.com s is no substitute for professional medical advice. If you've been having cramps for over a week and there's no reasonable explanation for them, make an appointment to see your doctor. It could be something absolutely trivial, or it could be something extremely bad. You won't know until you get properly checked out, and delaying doing so will achieve nothing good but possibly plenty bad.
