Sex change?

Question:
if you had a sex change from a man to a woman, would you be able to have an orgasm

Answers:
Yes, indeed you can; I do, quite frequently. ;)

(BTW; you don't have a 'sex change from man to woman', you have a 'sex change from transsexual to woman'. Transsexual women are NOT men at any point, and similarly, transsexual men are NOT women.)
Not sure but I do know that I would be getting P*ssy everyday!
Yes.
If you had a gender-reassignment operation, the tissue of your penis would be used to form your new vagina. The nerves would still be there. Also, it's possible to have an orgasm without any sort of genital contact at all, so I really don't see why gender-reassignment would have to have anything to do with it.
Now, I'm no surgeon, and I'm not up-to-date on the newest procedures, but I don't think that the operation would enable a male to have the same signs of orgasm that a woman would have. His new vaginal walls would not secrete more lubrication, and he would may not act the same way most women do when they orgasm, but the sensations and the emotional feelings would still be there.
Yes.
yes u can
