Daily vitamins for teens?

regular multivitamin that doesnt contain e.g. 1000% of daily requirement - closer to 100% is better
Unless you're deficient in anything, you probably don't need anything. I would just recommend a teenage multi-vitamin. But more important, get lots of exercise and EAT FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. They have so many vitamins in them.
Go to a health food store and get a food based multi.
