you should go on the treadmill. walk and do stuff that involves your legs.. i figure skate so my legs are perfect and muscular but hot!!
Well if you work out alot or play sports alot, than that's going to be pretty hard. To tone down your legs a little bit I would say less workouts. I know some guys who love them athletic muscular legs.
if you mean thighs, that's part of being a woman. women get thick thighs when they mature, along with hips and boobs
Some people just have muscular legs like that, I think it's genetic. I've always had larger thighs than my friends, but I'm an awful lot stronger than them and also a much better sprinter. Do you mean really muscular though, or maybe a bit flabby? There's a difference. Are they hard and can you see all the muscles?
Anyway, I would say you just have to lose weight by doing exercise...like swimming or something that isn't too hard on your legs. Avoid bike-riding. If you go on a diet that will probably help to, avoid lots of carbs and protein, try and eat mostly fruits and vegetables.
If you worked out to get your legs like that then stop working out, in conjunction with a diet, and they will go. But if you are just like that naturally, then I'm afraid there's not much you can do other than lose loads of weight. Generally muscular legs are pretty attractive though. Just make sure you don't try and lose muscle and end up gaining fat.
