I have lost weight like that!?


Question:
I weighed 85 yesturday, and today I weighed my self like every other morning, and I weighed 79 pounds! I checked the scale to make sure it was not broken and it wasn't! what do I do. How could i lose weight in 24 hours? And most of all I have not changed my eating habbits! Anyone know what happend? Is that healthy? help me please!

Depending on your age and height that could possibly not be healthy. I don't know what exactly could cause you to lose weight so fast, but I do know that you said you weigh yourself every morning,well in this case thats why.

Your body has digested the things you have had the day before and when you wake up grab the scale you are weighing on an empty stomach thats why some pros. will tell you to record your weight first thing in morning.

If i were you I would definitley find more foods with good carbs, lots and lots of protein and eat fish like crazy fish have whats called Omega-3 acids and these work wonders when ingested into your body. Proteins, vitamins, fatty-acids( cause your body needs some kind of fat (not buldge in your favorite blue jeans kinds fat but healthy fats.)

And don't believe like a million and one americans believe that carbs and calories are bad for you because they really are not bad guys. Your body needs and screams for a healthy equal dose of all kinds of goodies. (no i dont mean candy)
Don't worry.
Your weight fluctuates about 5 lbs.
Well its not healthy to be 85 pounds..
Did you throw up?
You weight goes up and down day by day. And you might have eaten something that goes through your body really fast or something that your body uses alot of calories to break down..


How old are you...because unless you are like 11 or really short...85 is not a good weight!
Did you have a very large bowel movement or something? And how old are you??

it depends on how much you pooped.or if you are retaining water..that happens to me too...in the morning i will be 110 and at night i will be 116
i hope that you are under the age of 12 to weigh so little, but anyway, you can lose or gain sometimes up to 3-5 lbs day to day from fluid retention.
If you weighed yourself at the end of the day after eating all day .. then re-weighed yourself this morning after your shower before eating anything .. then yes. It is possible to weigh a different amount.

If you are concerned -- see your doctor.
It depends how old you are. If you r young, you could of grown. If you are older, then maybe your scale was off, then it got moved, and it reajusted itself!

well in the mornings is when people weigh the lightest of the day. that might take a few pounds off. n then sometimes if u step on the scale in a certain place. it weighs out differently. n then maybe from earlier that week if u have exercized or anything.. it has acumulated up to make u loose the weight.
Is your scale 'mechanical' or 'electronic' ... did you 'weigh' at 'the same time' between the two weighings? I'm 'guessing' that if you 'lost' six pounds, and you are 'female' that you have only lost 'water weight' because your period is 'changing' ... or if you have an 'electronic' scale you need to change the batteries.
DO NOT WEIGH DAILY! Weigh at MOST on the 'same day, at the same time' ONCE A WEEK ... and you can 'discount' losing 'six pounds' in a day ... you should ALWAYS be totally NAKED when you weigh, and always 'right before' or 'right after' your bath/shower ... also remember that HAIR weighs something too, and you may have had it cut ... so DON'T WORRY ... just 'check the batteries' and weigh only once a week, and 'expect' a 'variance' of up to 10-15 POUNDS in any 'two' weighings.
