okay, so when you first start wearing deodarant, there may not just "one" that works best. it okay to try a few ones out before you find the one that you like best. i myself use dove powder something...but i've tried some different ones. you should use stick deoderants, not roll on kind, because when your young and active, roll on comes off easier. also, when you start your period, you should use pads for at least the first year. they are much more gentle on your growing body. and agian, there are many brands, so it all depends on what you and your mom decide is best for you.
p.s. i think its great that you are doing research to find out how to best care for your body. the more you learn about these things, the better you will be able to respect your body. keep up the good work kiddo. lexi
I would say that the best deorderant is Dove powder scent, the best tampons are Tampax and since you are young, you should use the slender ones. Pads go with slender Always, the thin ones. Good luck!
...deoderent-- lady speed stick gel. it leaves no marks if your wearing colour and you can get it in a TON of smells.
...tampons-- Platex. they have a plastic applicatior which will be easy to insurt and will not hurt at all.
...pads-- Always. you can get long ones or short ones. long ones are the best though

Both Secret and Dove deodorants are good and have sweet scents to choose from. I like the baby powder scent. Tampax tampons with the plastic applicator are the best. Kotex pads are the most reliable, but Always pads are very good too.
Your going to have to expirement in order to find the best brand anything, and asking for others oppinions is a great start. For deoderant Suave works best for me, but since your young you could try out teen spirit (I think thst the name). For tampons I like to use tampax, plastic - light to normal (never super). For pads I use always-kotex-and stayfree, I buy long with wings to use alone, and panty liners to use with a tampon just in case. Hope this helps, good luck growing up!

For deoderant try Secret, they have really fun scents and they protect well. I also recommend Dove because they're a lot gentler on the skin and contain moisturizers.
The best tampon brands for someone your age would be Playtex SlimFits. They're designed for young teens and first time tampon users. They have a plastic applicater for easier insertion and they're really slender and smaller than average tampons.
For pads I like Always (the clean ones) They have a moist towellette on the package so you can wipe when you change to keep you smelling fresh and clean down there.

sorry i don't know about pads but they do make deodorant for young teens you can find it a walmart or other similar store. i think it is called teen spirit.
I like Soft & Dri..I always use the powder scented. They make one for teens that my daughter uses I think its Teen Spirit.As for tampons I like O.B. and pads would be Always.
it really depends if i were you I'd try different kinds of deodorants see which one works best on you then take that one nd use it u should be fine. Try using Secret i use it nd its just fine . it might work on you. To me all pads bother me but my mom uses always ultra thin. For tampons you should try Tampax.

I like Secret and Sauve for stick deodorant, there are various scents to choose from and they both work well. I like Degree for spray deodorant.
any kind deo is find but DO NOT get that teen slick gel stuff or whatever it is called b\c i got that and it did not work worth a darn
Okay well you can try a teen formula, like teen spirit, it's going to be milder on your skin. But so you know underarm odor is caused by bacteria on your skin which is why some people smell more than others. Using an antibacterial soap under your arms will lessen the odor and may rid it. Sweat itself has no odor, the bacteria on the skin causes the odor. Now if you are 9 I hope you shouldn't need tampons or pads yet.

Best brand of deodorant=whatever works for you, everyones chemistry is different. I use Secret clinical. It is very expensive. Secret is a good brand though. I didnt like Dove or Ban, or any of those other brands they just didnt work for me.
Tampons= This is a personal preference, even to use them. I wouldnt use them until you are older. The risk of toxic shock syndrome is very great. If you are going to use them wait until you are older. Like 15 or 16 and alternate between pads and tampons. Use pads for overnight.
Pads= again personal preference..I use Always with wings. Always is probably the best brand.
