Any suggestions to make me fall asleep?
Question:
So far the most sleep I can get is 6 hours and usaully I have 0 or 2 hours. I'm sick and tired of having less than 8 hours of sleep . I really want to sleep for one day. I tried everything my doctor recomended me and what I could think of ,but so far none could help me. Here's what I tried:
-warm milk
-spraying lavender on my pillow
-reading a book
-avoiding caffine, computers, and TV
-sleeping (or attempting to ) at 10:30
-clean room
-turn on radio
-earplugs and eyepatch
-fan

Have you tried some decaf hot tea? If I have a hard time sleeping I'll drink a cup of Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime tea. It's caffeine free and always relaxes me, especially after a nice hot bath or shower. If all else fails, bore yourself to sleep by turning on an infomercial... they do have a use after all and I've done that before too. lol
1. Watch a boring movie on your sofa or couch
2. Watch the tv in your bed late at night
3. Do something tiring and strenous, so that at least one of your body parts ache, then jump right into a comfy bed.
4. Jog CONTINOUSLY (no rests) for about 15-25 minutes. That's sure to make you tired.
5. Try one of those advil or tylenol sleeping pill things. make sure your doctor recommends and prescribe it to you of course...

haha ADD, well if you want to sleep you need chronic smoke directly to the lungs if you dont live in cali iI feel bad for all you mek smokers thats why people in AZ spin that pizzo
