i was born with my intestines out. I dont have a belly button and I am nervous about having sex becasue i have a scar on my stomach in its place- pretty big . please help me with advice guys! would it bother you being a guy with me?

I wouldn't worry about it, if you decide to do what your talking about with someone who loves you, they wouldn't mind. Just tell them in advance to they don't get shocked or anything.
If it bothers the guy that you decide to be with all I can say is you picked the wrong guy. Someone should care about you for who you are and not what you look like...scars or no scars!
if the guy really loves you, it shouldn't matter to him.
