Girls only?

Question:
can girls 13 wear tampons because i hate pads

Answers:
YES! girls of any age can wear tampons. i would start with tampax lites either cardboard or plastic. i hate pads too i only wear them at nite starting with my first period.

check out beinggirl.com or tampax.com for more info on tampons.
yes u can hun!! lol
Yeah definitely.
yup
Yeah I do just dont leave it in over 7-8 hours.
Of course you can. Just try them.
It depends. I tried and it hurt like hell. Didn't try again until after I had lost my virginity, which was like death, then they fit fine.
yea
Yes as long as u have your period
Anyone can wear a tampon, regardless of age or virginal status.
yes, just make sure you put them in right, and take them out every 4-6 hours at the most.
any girl can wear a tampon, so, yes.
duhhh u can wear them however old u r, it doesn't matter, as long as u have ur period!!
Yes
yes... just make sure u read the directions to put them in correctly and if u need help dont hestiate to ask a female family member.
Yes. It's perfectly fine. Just start with the smallest kind (junior or lite). Take your time putting them in, and change them every few hours. Follow the directions on the package.
absolutly, pads are horrible.
yah you can but its better to wear padss try to get used to them but change it every 3 or 4 hours max. because it can give you an infection
yes, they can.

if youre comfortable with them.

my sister is 14 and uses tampons.

she uses the Tampax pearl ones.
Of course! Use the "Pearl" they're VERY comfy.
ya but wait a while b4 u take it out or it will hurt wait like 6-8 hrs :D i love them they let me swim and im a big swimmer
yeah! I did when i was that age.
yes but only the junior kind
Sure you can, just look for the slender, teen or lites. They will be easier for you to insert since they are smaller.
Yes, you can and they allow you so much more freedom than pads. The box comes with information on how to insert them and everything so you don't have to ask anyone to teach you how to do it. Just make sure you get the smallest ones that you can, usually labeled Jr miss or something like that. Good luck!
i can't see why not...i do.
yes..im 13 and i wear tampons, i prefer kotex security ones, even though the applicator is sorta big, you cant feel it in you at all, otherwise you can try playtex pearl, those have really small applicators. if you want you could try playtex sport, you can get a free sample here:

http://walmart.triaddigital.com/enhanced...

i did that and i got them in 2 weeks, it comes with 2 regulars and 1 super.

you can also look at like tampax and playtex.com and they have more samples there.

i know i said alot, but i hope i helped! good luck!
sure! it takes practice but once you get the hang of it it's so much cleaner and you feel so free not wearing that big old pad! and you can even swim while wearing one. I know alot of young girls worry if wearing one will mean their not a virgin but don't worry you still will be one! the only thing I can think of is that it may hurt a little bit if your hymen is still attached. And in case your wondering the hymen is a little membrane in your vagina that is broken or torn the first time you have sex...that's why some girls bleed the first time...some girls don't bleed it all depends. hope that helps. By the way you can insert one easier if you put one foot on the toilet seat. and remember to relax. If your mom is cool then talk to her about it or you can talk to your school nurse.
yep, of course
yes, why not? at first it may feel like they don't fit and feel weird for a few months, and you might just want to give them up, but then you don't feel them anymore cuz i guess your body is more used to them. so if you don't like how they feel, try different kinds, push them up further, and just keep trying!

good luck!
