Quick Weight Lose?


Question:
i need to lose 50 pounds in one month. i know im going to get answers like, "thats unhealthy" and "become bulemic" so if you arnt seriously going to give me ideas, then please dont bother. thankyou...

honestly, you probably wont lose more than 20 unless you do something drastic ( drugs, etc)...
if you want to get the fastest results possible, eat nothing but hard boiled eggs and drink protein shakes and water. and do cardio for 1 hour, 5 times a week. make sure you take a multi vitamin.

yeah it sucks.. but it works... i did this a couple years ago and lost 10 lbs in a little over a week.
the thing is... once you stop... the weight comes back. the best way to lose it is slowly.. about 2-5 lbs a week, and then once youve reached your goal, stay on a low fat diet and keep up your exercise.
not going to happen if you want to live.

but you can go in Sana's and have liquid diets
for 3 days my sister does this all the time and she can lose 10 in 3 days
just from a liquid diet but she gains it twice as fast and 2 more so she gained back 15/20lbs
OK, that would be impossible but to lose lots of weight. Eat about 1000 calories a day and exercise for 1 hour. Good Luck
Hmm honestly just lots of running or walking carry a 2 pound weight in each arm and as you walk lift your arms up to your chest it will work your arms chest and stomach and the walking works your thighs or if you can go swimming that's your best bet, swimming works every muscle in your body perhaps buy some low weight swimming weights don't go too heavy and drowned...hope this helps with some ideas!
I'm not sure if that even possible. But the best way i can think of it to eat only 3 meals a day. Make sure they are healthy though. Drink only water. And excercize on a daily basis. I'm not sure if that will help you lose 50 pounds in a month...but you will lose some weight for sure. Just don't go overboard with the excercize and make sure you drink plenty of water!

I really don't know if it is possible to lose that much in 1 month, it depends on your starting weight.

That being said I lost weight super fast going really low carb and exercise. The Atkins book has a 3 or 4 day fat fast (I think they call it that) and it states that you will actually lose weight faster if you eat cream cheese, macadamia nuts and a few other really high fat foods, than if you ate nothing. Not tons of it just a little. Anyway you absolutely do not want to NOT eat because it will backfire and you will not lose weight but gain it when you eat even a little bit.

Try the low carb diet and make sure you always eat something everyday. Every 3-4 hours is the best, even if it is just a bite.
well.muscle weighs more than fat so i need to know if u want to lose weight or lose fat because u could easily lose weight and gain muscle in the process by jump roping and running and chips are very fattening mainly potatoe chips try to lay off sweets sour candy is more fattening than chocolate eat healthy foods like vegitables and fruit u could do crunches and stuff to get abes i cant help that much but i tried my best let me know if that was helpful
Do it in a healthy way, and then just get some Spanx or other body shaper. Then you'll be smaller and smoother. Why are you doing this? An Event? Get some awesome well-fitting (to whatever shape you are) and you'll look great. Marilyn Monroe wore size 16!
