Sounds as if you have some inflammation. Not unusual , pregnancy brings a lot of things. Of course let your doctor know.
It could be braxton hicks, but there are also forms of back labor. If it continues, I would call your obstetrician or if you start having contractions in your abdomen that become regular, go to the ER.
I Don't MEAN TO UPSET YOU BUT women have atypical heart pain in upper center of back.
get checked out none should have bad pain ever so it means something is wrong.

go to the MD or after hours the er.
I would have it checked out. Its probably nothing, but you never know.
