I gained weight during the summer, how can i lose it again?
Question:
i want to start running on the treadmill but it's in my basement which is wicked gross with spider webs and a old tv and it's just creepy. i don't want to go running outside because it would be embarassing, my face gets red when i run and i just don't like exercising in front of people.
i've also been trying to stay away from junk food but it's so hard! especially that's it's summer, it's like all i do is eat.
i've heard that when you get a craving junk food, you should brush your teeth and the toothpaste flavor makes your craving go away. it seems like a good idea, has anyone tried it?
so anyways, here's what i think. i don't think i'm fat but i don't really think i'm skinny. in the beginning of summer i was 104 pounds and now i'm 114.

Sweetheart, you are a perfect size and I think you should enjoy it.
If not, then def. cut back from the junk food.
and don't be embarrased to run, because you are a small size no one is going to think to themselves she's trying to GET in shape, their going to be thinking she's trying to STAY in shape. Go to a place where a lot of people run, that way it wont make a difference. Oh and try not to eat after 7, if you get a craving try yogurt or granola bars
Oh yeah, and another thing, if your not 19 yet, your body is probably still developing and god is blessing you with those lovely hips that guys will dig later on...lol, bc 10 pounds sounds like something that happens to a girl in middle school/ high school

well do what i am doing right now this is my dill..
1. 3 glasses of water a day
2. jog from one end of the house the other
3. eat one or two friut or veiges a day
and
4. walk 2,000 steps a day
it is vary easy i have lost 3 pounds in two days
How old are you> Cause if your young, your still growing, which im sure you already know that. But i mean, the older you get the more your body shifts and changes to become what its suppose to look like as a woman.. thats why womens sizes are different than young girls and juniors.. As long as your not like Fat or obese you should be happy with your body. Just try eating healthier or running a few times a week. Dont eat before you go to bed at night. Stay away from fried foods and FAST FOOD. get a lot of sleep and stop drinking coke. You'd be amazed how much weight you could lose from just not drinking carbonated drinks!

This has happened to me before and its not so easy at first. Try eating only 2 meals a day Breakfast and Dinner and maybe only a banana or apple for lunch. For Breakfast eat Cheerios and drink some orang juice. For Dinner eat a salad or a very yummy fruit salad :D If you start to get that craving for food just drink water or chew some gum. and if you're watching tv after you eat just do some jumping jacks in between shows. hope this helped!
i never wanted to lose weight, but i wanted to live a healthier life so i stopped drinking soda and started drinking only water, and i shrunk...size 6 to 0-2 in just a 2-3 months. (and if u hate plain boring water, try carbonated water, but not seltzer...read the bottle before u buy it).
u can also try eating in ways like chose poultry over meat and when given fish and poultry, chose the fish...and eat more veggies (soybeans are really good, good tasting and good 4 u...nothing like lima beans, ewww gross). chosing the healthiest things also makes u lose weight.
so...do the above and u'll be slim in no time. heck, i wasn't even trying to lose weight and i go from size 6 to 0-2 and from weighing 120 to 100-105 in just 2-3 months.
just so you know,being a 3 isnt bad honestly and at hot topic the sizes range from company to company,and who cares if your face gets red when you run,you should gain some confidence.Take your ipod with you,run to music,that is what helps me.
If you don't want to use your treadmill, try running around the block. Even just walking for 20 minutes everyday, then after you're used to that, walk five more minutes every day or too, then you should loose a bit of weight.
