Since it has only been a few days, I think you might want to first take something for the headache, make sure you are eating a healthy diet and getting enough sleep. Often times stress can cause us to not sleep well, which then spirals to other problems, such as your headaches. Take some time out for yourself during the day. Sometimes, just a 30 minute walk will help relieve the stress that has build up during the day. And remember to breathe - deep breathing exercises also help to relieve tension.

You could visit your school nurse. Might be nice to talk to someone about it at the very least.
