How much masterbation is too much masterbation? -I'm a girl.?

Morning, noon (yes in the bathroom during lunch), night. Not every day but almost for the last 2-3 weeks. I can't stop. What's going on. Everything is making hot. Could this be a hormonal embalance? Should I go to the doc.?

I go through stages where I want to masturbate a lot...I'd say 3-5 times a week. But sometimes I would only do it maybe 2 times a month. your hormones could just be going a little crazy right now, but I don't think it's anything you should worry about. Enjoy it while you can!

No,you do NOT need a doctor ! Enjoy it while you can. It's safe and won't hurt you.
If you are doing it out of a natural desire that comes from not having done it in a while, then that doesn't seem as bad.
If you are doing it to relax, to avoid facing issues in your life, to avoid facing issues between you & your partner, then it could be a problem.
There is a support group called SA and another called SLA.
Both will give your support with facing your issues.
Also find a good counselor (female over 40)

It is probably just a phase.

I found that the more sexual activity I engage in (whether it's with my husband or without), the more horny I feel. It kind of perpetuates. Try stopping and just thinking about something else as much as you can, and see if the urges slow down or get less intense.

Sometimes there can be risk of being a "sex addict", or I guess in your case a masturbation addict... if you try stopping or slowing, and the urges don't respond by lessening... maybe you could talk to a sex therapist or something.

It's too much when it interferes with your activities of daily living. Just make sure you wash your hands or toys good before and after.
You're probably addicted. Try just cutting down to twice a day, and do that for awhile. Then once a day, and do that for awhile. Then do it every other day, and just keep cutting back more & more.
