I get it sometimes, after my period, when I'm ovulating.

Yes, but whenever I did it meant A) my period was going to start or B) I was getting a bladder infection. Other causes can be bacteria, yeast, or nerve endings that are sending the wrong signals because of hormones and so forth.
If it keeps up it might be worth a trip to the doctor to make sure nothing is really out of whack.

Yes. I've had that happen. I have no clue why either. It's weird isn't it? I am prone to yeast infections, so maybe that's MY problem. If it's not something that happens regularly, I wouldn't worry too much but definitely mention it to your doc just in case.
Talk to your doctor exspecially if it continues...It could be Endo, A problem in some women with heavy periods that you need medicine for... If the pain is once then forget about it.If it continues...DEFINETLY get a check up
