did it work? i am trying to lose roughly 70 pounds by about a 6 month mark.i just want to know how well it works. i have researched it online but ya'll will think i am dumb but i dont trust them things cuz u never know if those are true testimonials or not...this way on here i know that i have true ones. lemme know please. i will start HH in about 2 weeks based upon ya'll's replies...thanks

Even though they claim it will help you lose weight, its BS. It might pump you up a little bit and give you some energy, but thats all. I maybe took 25 caps before I gave the bottle away. Its junk.
Just diet and exercise, thats the guy. Thats how I lost 50 pounds. Also throw in some weight training.
