Clear pee -- Means you're drinking plenty of water and the stuff filtered out by your kidneys is diluted, which is generally better than having really dark pee, which means you're not drinking enough water
Sore feet -- Possibly a growth spurt in your foot bones. They hurt more on the bottom because the spurt changes the arch and that makes it more sensitive... Tell your mom if it gets worse or doesn't go away soon...
Breast pain -- Almost all girls get some soreness, tenderness or outright pain in their breasts when they begin puberty and the breasts begin to bud. For some girls the tenderness continues off and on for several years, especially during times when their size is increasing.
Slimy stuff -- About a year before you begin your period, your vagina starts to leak a thick clear or whitish fluid discharge. This can dry to a yellow color in your undies. This fluid is helping to keep your vagina clean by washing bacteria and dead skin cells out of you. If it is yellow when it is still liquid, and especially if it has a rotten meat smell to it, you should tell your mom. You are probably just fine, but she might want to run your description by your doctor just to be sure everything is going the way it's supposed to...
Welcome to the beginning of womanhood!

Are you drinking a lot of water? If you drink a lot, that will make your urine clear. I'm not sure about the pain you're experiencing, but the slimy thing you get when you wipe is normal. I get it, too. Not all the time. Just occasionally. Also, breasts tend to be sore during menstration or while they're growing, or during pregnancy.
