Sometimes after sex it burns when I urinate. I don't have that problem any other time.?

Question:
It will also feel like I have to urinate all the time. Is it normal to have urinary tract infections caused by intercourse? Or could something else be wrong with me?

Answers:
It is normal for some women to be very susceptible to UTIs, especially getting them from sex. To help prevent these, take a daily cranberry supplement (something like AZO), always urinate before and after sex, and make sure you and your partner are clean, so there's less bacteria to go around.
Urinary tract infections are REALLY common from sex. Get some meds from your doctor.
Yes this is common. A urinary tract infection is caused by bacteria. Some people are more susceptible than others. You should consult your gynecologist. If you need medical and Rx coverage, Ameriplan has very affordable disount programs. http://www.MyBestBenefits.info
It could be an UTI
are u having unprotected sex?

if it hurts only after sex then that cud mean too your guy is too rough or u just arent wet enough causing friction down there.

UTI is an ifection in your urinary tract system not your vagina so they are two different places.
i think when u pea your urine drains to the back where your vagina is and it burns there instead of where your pea is coming from.
