what could be up?

hormones, trauma, piercing, biting, pinching, too small bra, etc. if you are concerned, call your gyn.
Maybe you are pregnant, get tested again
I think you should see a doctor. If not, maybe research your symtoms online.
If you just had your period or it is before. No worries. It's PMS. I am sure. =] If this isn't a natural occurance then I'm sorry. I don't know.
