Answers:
Whatever you like best... no ice cream is really good for an upset stomach, but we ALL use it for stress relief...

If you like chocolate, try Haagen-Daz Amazon Valley Chocolate... I just tried it this week and it is like a frozen, liquid orgasm... yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuummy!!!!

Medical disclaimer: Ice Cream is not intended to cure any illness, even though we all know it helps whatever ails you!

Whatever kind you like. Just go to the store and pick the flavor that appeals to you the most.
For nausea, I can't eat ice cream, or much else, but I love orange Jell-O for some reason. I'm not fond of it when I'm feeling well, but when I'm sick all I can eat is orange Jell-O and fresh tomatoes.
Now, if we're talking about ice cream for just general unpleasentness like stress or PMS or whatever, I like Dryers Andes ice cream. It's mint ice cream with ribbons of chocolate syrup and broken bits on Andes creme de menthe candies.
if your sick you shouldn't be eating ice cream..
