I advice you to consult doctor immediately.also check below link...
Call for a doc.
Hey that's sweet of you. Make her some tea...and put a warm blanket on her stomach...one of those electric blankets if you have it. Or something really warm like that. Why not midol or pamprin they are for cramps. That always takes care of it for me ...but everyone is different ...if it is really bad then maybe she should go to the docs. Really painful menstruation can be dangerous and symptoms of something else. Good luck.
I would def check with a doctor. It could just be nothing, but it could also be early symptoms of things like polycystic ovaries or endometriosis. These can be fixed with medication and the symptoms should disappear. If its just a case of bad cramps, then try a heating pad, Advil, and LOTS of water.
Emergency Room! If she's having "extreme" severe cramping WITH vomiting, there is something extremely wrong going on. . . possibly pregnancy(?) or miscarriage. Go to the emergency room ASAP!!
i dont know how to help the pain, but i know someone who has the same problem, but there is nothing seriously wrong w/ her
Has she been to a doctor? My first concern would be to have an ultrasound done to see if there are any polyps or fibroids or anything else that could be causing the pain. Pain could also be from a variety of other problems that cannot be detected from an ultrasound, including endometriosis (can only be diagnosed by laparoscopic surgery) and adnomyosis (which is typically only diagnosed in menopause, when a woman has a hysterectomy and the uterus can be dissected and observed under a microscope). I would start with the doctor visit and an ultrasound (they might suggest a saline-infusion sonogram), though, and then see if the doctor suggests any further testing.

In addition, I would suggest having her chart her cycle for pain (rate on a scale of 1-10) and flow each day. This information could be helpful to the doctor. It also is important if your friend is of child-bearing age and desires to have children in the future, just in case she has difficulty conceiving someday. Pain does not necessarily mean that there is a problem with fertility, but then you never know, and this information could be valuable in the future (this is from someone who experienced infertility and has a daughter through IVF).

For the time being, I highly suggest naproxen sodium (Aleve is a name brand). You can even get a perscription strength version from the doctor. I suffered from cramps so bad that I could not get out of bed (and I am typically pretty tough), and Aleve is the only thing that ever brought relief.
