If you have a regular cycle, it is usually at the mid-point, counting from the first day of your period. So if your cycle lasts 32 days, your most likely ovulation days are days 14-17.
You can also purchase a fertility monitor that you use to figure out your most likely days...but again this only works if you're on a regular cycle.
If you're trying to figure this out to use as a method of birth control, don't bother. It has about a 40% failure rate (or 40 women per 100 women using this method will become pregnant in one year's time). While a woman USUALLY ovulates mid-cycle, there is no guarantee, and all bets are off if the woman's cycle is irregular.
