The comments above are incorrect since certified sick leave can easily be taken into account for a sick record.
It really comes down to your reputation / performance with the company. If you are not known for this sort of absence and / or have a good reputation for reliability etc then it really shouldnt be a problem however you should discuss your concerns with your manager to ensure that they know you are worried about it.
I do have the case where some staff will drag themselves in to prove that they are ill but I discourage this because a) it makes them worse meaning they are off longer and b) they usually infect everyone else making my staff figures even worse.
If you get a medical cert from the doctor they cant say or do anything.
If you are genuinly ill, your doctor would write you a sick note, work can't argue with that!

As others have said get a medical sick note to cover the sick time. However what were the symptoms? Could they be stress related and maybe you are worrying about work on Monday? It is just a thought.X
