Whats the difference?

Question: between cramps from your period and pains from your stomach. I know cramps come from your lower stomach and stomach pains come from well your stomach but whats the difference between how it feels?

Period cramps you may also feel in your thighs. But really after having so many months of cramps you will be able to differentiate.
