EDIT :: i would just like to add in light of the poster after me, there is NO difference. the dollar store gets over stock or over orders that other stores order too much, or didnt have room for. there is nothing wrong with them, just make sure they are not expired :)
He is crazy...as a matter of fact my friend bought hers there and it was POSITIVE and it was RIGHT...he is just thinking silly.
Actually, they don't work the same. The consumer organization has been warning against using these! Read the news! It came out about a month ago. Stick to name brand.
