I don't think you're drinking enough water. Try to drink 8 glasses a day. You should see a noticable difference- barely any color at all.
cloudy urine is usually a sign of infection. get it checked out.
It is either like that from what you have been recently eating or you may have a yeast infection or another type of infection. If it continues I would go to the doctor!
You could have a UTI.
