my partner and i dont have sex all that often and when we do we're careful, i just finished my period about a week ago and i still have these tiny tiny slight little cramps every now and then, like a miniscule version of period cramps.

your ovarys have to get back into the right postion to start out another month of making hormone which is commonly known as the process of ovulation. you cramp because your ovarys tilt so u can relase the blood. oncen u are finished bleeding they have to move back.
possibly. make an appointment with your gyn to be sure.
i do get these also. you didn't say how old you are, but just to be on the safe side, ask your dr on your next scheduled visit. don't go out of your way to rush in. your parents could think you are dying or something.
