1. some people grow really fast and others slow just give it time everyone is different
2.i use soap (dove soap) you can use shaving cream they have tons for women that smell really good. i would suggest getting a venus razor i never cut myself and ive used it for years.
3.yes you can shave it. i just shave the parts that will be seen in a bathing suit and just kinda leave a line and you can always use scissors to trim it up somewhat and make it not so bushy
4.wear a shoe with alittle bit of a heel and long straight legged jeans and you can always try a pointed shoe
5. dont wear browns but a pretty plum or any green would look nice even pretty pinks

2. u can use shaving cream but u dont have 2, the venus breeze razor is good but it doesnt last very long
basketball and other activities can and may slow down breast development. I don't use shaving cream, but I do use body wash, and you can use pretty much any lathering soap. Yes you can shave pubic hair, but be very very careful!! I have no idea how to look taller, I'm 5'3 and love being short =) And I can't help you with the make up either, I have no sense in that area either. I suggest playing with different colors and styles =) I'm sorry for your loss, I lost my mom at 15.

2 sorry bout ur mom (mine died before my 21st birthday) u can get shaving foam/gel from any chemist or boots etc and there are loads of razors to choose from but best to speak to sumone to find the best first razor.

I'm not too sure what 'budding' means, but if your breasts have stopped growing that's okay, you haven't finished puberty yet. You'll have phases where they'll grow and stop for a while. When your breasts start feeling very sore and swollen [and you're not on your menstural cycle] that means your breasts are growing.
To use shaving cream, you just spray the shaving cream onto the palm of your hand and apply the cream onto whereever you're shaving and rub it all over. As if you were applying body cream. Shaving cream help prevents from further razor burns and of course as a lubricant so that when you're shaving you don't cut yourself. You can also use soap and even cream if you don't have any shaving cream and you're in dire need. Make sure to use LOTS of soap or cream if you're going to use that method.
Yes you can, Make sure to lightly shave that area, especially around your labia, so you don't cut yourself, it's really painful to cut yourself around that area, as well as the very top of your vagina right below your belly button, that can be a bit tricky, too. Use a good amount of shaving cream on those sensative areas of the body.
Shorty! ^_^, You may keep growing, since you're not done with puberty yet, so wait a while. There's no REAL way to grow taller, it's genetic.
I'm thinking a dark brown colour, or even a light silver colour.

So when you're shaving, never press down too hard, and if you cut yourself, don't worry about it, just apply a tiny peace of toilet paper to the cut, for about a minute or two. Always use a good amount of shaving cream.
And a good razor to use would be "Venus" Expensive, but works very well!

Since you only started developing breasts recently, your body is still maturing. Just give it time and take your body as it comes. If you have body hair (that usually comes around the same time), your breasts will be developing and becoming more full soon. Girls continue to grow for one full year after they start their periods. Just try to patient, that is what your mom would have said.
If you use a disposable razor, you can use shaving cream (they make some for women) if you want or you can just soap up your legs real good in the tub or shower. Bring the razor over your legs from the ankle upward.then you won't get nicked as often. Go slowly and carefully around your knees and ankles and any other bony areas so you don't get cut. Rinse off the razor every couple of swipes to keep it clean and sharp. Shave under your arms in front of the mirror the first couple of times until you get the hang of it.
P.S. they make electric razors for gals now, and they work pretty well.
Yes, you can trim or shave your pubic hair, but it will itch when it grows back.

1thats ok thel start again when u start. 2 i no wat ur going through my mom died when i wuz 5...theres diffrent kind 4 diffrent skin types. 3 u can be carful,use shaving cream. 4thats hard 4 me cause im 5'6.5'so be proud of ur hight 5blue,some greens,some blacks.
