Birth control pills can help even out the hormonal rages. If it's very bad, the doctor can put you on some xanax or something similar. Go make that appointment with your gyno!
They have Yaz, it is a birth control pill. But with all the side effects that could possibly happen I would rather be bitchy.
I never used to be bitchy when I was on my period and then ever since I started on birth control and even after I went back off it a couple of years ago I became pretty bitchy on them and stayed bitchy. I'm currently on birth control pills again to regulate my period and to help with intense period pains (so I don't have a choice) but to be honest, in my case it seems like the birth control makes my hormones just a lot worse...
You can buy Midol or my personal favorite Pamperin over the counter, take it only for that few days around your period when that alternate personality likes to show herself. :)
