I think I'm not doing very well, physical and mental health wise?

So I waited for my mom to come back but she took too long, and I think I grew a bit mentally unstable, have recurring upsetting thoughts and not really acting my usual cheerful self. I soon had a nervous breakdown alone in my room. I wasn't going out and I didn't want to rebel so I stayed confined, there was soon a big dramatic clash with an 'online friend' who ended up being a crazy stalker and bashed me repeatedly, which made me feel very bad in addition to the not so high life condition I was in. First of all, im very sorry to hear all that.
Maybe you should talk to a therapist or a counselor. This might help you get your true feelings out and you can figure out what is wrong.
