Breasts sore...am I a moment ago growing?

I'm a little bit curious almost my breasts. I'm an overdeveloped 13 year old and I'm a 34B. Some one by a hair`s breadth touched one of them (it wasn't inapropriate...) and it hurt for two hours afterward. Two whole hous! I could still consistency it! It's still a teensy bit sore.
I really don't think my breats are growing...they're already slightly big considering how big I am and they stoped growing awhile ago. They're not normally sore...
I'm not have my period, though it may be cose to my time, and I'm NOT pregnate. Yes I'm sure.
Are breasts usually this tender?

Answers:    Its common to enjoy breast tenderness a week up to that time your period. I other have soreness and it even hurts when i'm walking...however i'm not sure nearly the pain evocative for two hours after someone touched it
