the keeper is an old brand of menstrual cup that is made of natural gum rubber. so women with latex allergy cant use it.
the instead soft cup is something that is worn high in the vaginal cavity, near the cervix, like a diaphragm. it is also disposable and can not be used more than once.
and the diva cup is the american type of mooncup, which is actually made by the KEEPER company.
diva cup and mooncup are both made of medical grade silicone and are worn lower in the abdominal cavity. it is to be washed and re-used.
all three are safer than tampons, and dont have as high risk of TSS. they all last longer than tampons.
edit :: you may not get a lot of responses on this, cos most women havent even heard of these methods, much less using them. i guess you would jsut have to look at their sites and compare, and read the comments ppl have left about all the different cups.
