It could be that after your breasts fully mature the 'problem' will correct itself. It might be that you'll wind up w/ 'pointy nipples' as you say. Breasts can be all sorts of shapes and sizes which could all be considered normal. It's even very common for one breast to be larger than the other or one nipple to be turned in a different direction. I know body image is very important to you right now, but try to have some patience and see what happens.
One thing you need to start doing on a monthly basis however are breast self-examinations. By doing these monthly, you'll get to know your body and you can detect when something isn't right. The key is knowing what's normal for your body. If a woman's nipple has always been straight but now it puckers and points in one direction, that could be cause for alarm. Since you are just developing however, you don't have a norm yet, so be patient.
There is printed literature and also videos that show you how to do the breast exam. Ask your MD or Nurse Practitioner for information about that and they'll hook you up.
sounds like you're normal. they are only perfect when you pay alot of money for them or if you have a photographer who can airbrush your boob pictures.

You're probably not fully developed. Usually when girls start to grow bosoms for the first time, they can be pointy and the nipples can point off to either side.
Thats exactly it. Your breast have just started to develop. Give them a few years and They will be more round. The niples to the side are probably the same. Just give it time and wear a bra to flatten them out.
You have not finished developing. It is an unfortunate awkward period of development.
Try to get a nice bra that has a little padding in it. That will totally cure the outward appearance. A & B cups are rarely round and voluptuous. You have to wait a little longer for that.
You won't stop growing until you are 16-20 years old.

They sound normal to me!! You only being 13 yrs old means that your boobs will probably be getting bigger...therefore you will be having your boobs (most likely) change shape and become more normal looking as you mature! You'll be fine dear...don't worry so much!!
