A lot of things can cause a sore vagina. You might be wiping too hard while going to the bathroom, sex may be too rough and you aren't giving it time to heal (which is usually my problem). When you keep letting it get sore and "raw" you will be prone to a yeast infection, which has happened to me a billion times, it's annoying.
Make a gyno appointment today and for next Friday, don't have sex, and if the pain still continues, go in. If it doesn't, then you know your cause.

Could be cystitis. Trip to the doctor for you I'm afraid.
Could be pox of some sort or an allergy,suggest you see a Dr.
