The Today Sponge?

Before I try using this product, I would like to hear some feedback of people who have actually used it.

Even if your a guy, please let me know, can you feel it?

Would you recommend the Today Sponge or no?

Hi Tonya. My friend is a Ob/Gyn and the Sponge has been taken off the list as effective birth control. She will NEVER suggest this unless the person wants a kid. The effective rate is less than 50% and some drug stores will NOT carry them. They are messy, and you can not have sex for 24 hours after because they must remain in place to be an effective spermicide. ALSO the are PUSHED out of place if you have active sex and you are pregnant in no time. I don't know any one that trusts them or will use them because we all know someone that got pregnant on them. I tell all my patients if they ask to never use them. Please speak to your gyno about a more effective method and one that you are not praying every month to get your period. Marie
