I am 22 and had endometriosis removed from my left pelvic areaby excision. The pain relief was instant but a month later the pain started to return only a little at first, but as the months have gone on the pain has become unbearable again and it hurts to go toilet as well as to have sex. Some days I caant even stnd up straight. My stomaach has also started to bloat out again. Surely it can come back already.

I think you have something different this time. You do need to get it checked out quickly.
With any surgery there is a risk of adhesion's. Which is when muscle/tissue etc. adheres to places it should not have. See your GYN for an exam.
