I have had it for a while, and although you can't really smell it when i have pants on, my underwear reeks of it. I don't think it is a yeast infection because i don't have an itch or anything but I do have a fishy smell. Is there any products that I can get at my local drug store to help? Thanks

It's called bacterial Vaginosis. See your doctor for the antibiotics to cure it.

The fishy odor is a tell tale sign of bacterial vaginosis, which is common and not serious, but you still need to see your doctor about it. Treatment is usually a round of antibiotics, so your doctor will need to write you a prescription.
the fishy odor is probably an ifection youve had and its gotten worst.you should see your gyn right away.
